Amy Van Kirk is an established university recruiting leader and is viewed as a subject matter expert in designing strategic campus recruiting programs. Amy has 20+ years of experience in working with universities on a global basis and is well versed in the expectations the millennial workforce has when selecting an employer of choice.
Amy has worked for a variety of global organizations across multiple industries which has allowed her to recruit university graduates in different academic majors while expanding her knowledge in curriculum design and training programs. She leverages her relationships with universities to continue to reach relevant student populations and open new talent pipelines for her employers as she leads the recruiting effort to find, attract, and hire top talent into organizations against a high bar for performance, potential, and culture-fit components.
Amy has been frequently quoted as a campus recruiting subject matter expert in Business Periodicals, including the Wall Street Journal, NY Times, HR Magazine and Journal of Accountancy. She is an active presenter and panel representative at the annual Women in STEM conference at Bentley University. A graduate of Clarkson University, Amy is currently involved with Alumni Relations there and is also a guest lecturer at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
