Eileen is instrumental in helping Beacon Lane’s clients achieve the highest level of recruiting excellence, whether through risk analysis of an existing set of processes, or by managing a team of recruiter/sourcers working transparently alongside the client’s existing team. Leveraging 25 years of systems and process expertise, she excels in merging Beacon Lane’s standard reporting and analytics with the client’s own to provide them with a full overview of the talent acquisition (TA) function.

Over her career, she has worked in progressive roles, spanning all sizes of organizations, from large multinational manufacturing to small local businesses. She is skilled at seeing the big picture but also able to work at the detailed level. As an effective project and people manager, she identifies and communicates key tasks to drive successful project completion.

Eileen’s specialties include risk analysis and systems optimization of recruiting
processes, recruiting metrics development and client account management. She holds a bachelor’s in computer science and a master’s in business administration, focused on technology management. In 2021, she became a certified iCIMS advisor, further enhancing her ability to serve Beacon Lane clients in the recruiting space.
