Elaine made her mark in Corporate America as an authority in global corporate talent acquisition (TA) and recruiting operations roles at both PwC and BlackRock. After spending twenty years building world-class talent acquisition strategies internally, she opened the doors to Beacon Lane.
Elaine is a global expert on enterprise recruiting. Her focus is on bringing the right hiring strategy to her clients, ensuring a customized solution each and every time. Realizing that there was a gap in the market, she introduced a contract sourcing model to help recruiting teams continually build pipelines of talent. Her executive search skills are reserved for HR roles across sectors.
Elaine earned her master’s in social and organizational psychology from Columbia University in New York City and her bachelor’s of business administration in accounting and information systems from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She graduated from Coach U, an ICF-accredited coaching program, earned her certification in conflict resolution, and is Six Sigma certified. As an HR executive, she led global enterprise-wide change initiatives that reshaped and advanced human capital agendas.
